Note:: By letter No. 13950-Yu/2026 dated 11 May 2026, the Executive Committee of the Ternopil City Council informs that the lease of communal property is carried out exclusively through the Prozorro.Sales electronic trading system (ETS): Type 1 List objects via auction, Type 2 List objects without auction. As of the date of the response, there are no Type 2 List objects with published information notices. The NGO "Ave Team" is advised to register on an authorised ETS platform and either participate in an auction (Type 1 List) or, if eligible under Article 15 of the Law, submit an application for a Type 2 List object once a relevant notice is published.
