NGO Ave Team — Annual Report 2025

Every year, we report to our community on what the organization has been doing, what decisions were made, and what results were achieved.

Today we're publishing the annual report of NGO “Ave Team” for 2025 — the organization's first full year of operation since its founding on October 21, 2024. During the year, the organization updated its Charter, expanded its areas of work, and moved from its initial volunteer-driven stage toward a more systematized working structure.

In the report, you'll find information about:

• organizational development — the updated Charter, General Meetings, and adoption of internal regulations;
• the systematization of the organization's working structure and changes in its leadership;
• the expansion of the partner network and the signing of three memoranda of cooperation;
• the development of the digital museum — volunteer recruitment and the digitization of materials from the Donetsk Oblast Stele as part of the future “Donetsk Oblast: Unbroken and Unconquered” exhibition;
• the development of Ave Keyboard and media coverage of the project;
• editorial work on Ukrainian-language fairy-tale texts for the Ave Kids project;
• the highlights and challenges of the organization's first full year of operation.

In 2025, all NGO “Ave Team” projects continued to be developed by volunteers, without a paid staff. The organization also worked with external volunteer communities on joint projects.
