Translator and specialist in the Crimean Tatar language at the Public Broadcasting Company of Ukraine (Suspilne Crimea) and the Mejlis of the Crimean Tatar People. Has experience in teaching the Crimean Tatar language and translation practices at the Taras Shevchenko National University of Kyiv.

Currently, within the organization, she performs the following tasks:

• proofreading and editing texts in Crimean Tatar within the scope of the organization's activities;
• auditing the financial and economic activities and monitoring the use of the organization's assets;
• reviewing and approving financial reports prior to submission to the General Meeting;
• initiating extraordinary General Meetings;
• monitoring compliance with the conflict of interest prevention policy and reviewing related notifications;
• monitoring compliance with the regulation on the prevention of corruption and fraud, and assessing corruption risks;
• accepting declarations of private interests and reviewing reports of suspected corrupt or fraudulent activities;
• annual reporting to the General Meeting on the results of oversight activities.
