By letter No. 6004/01/01-07/6820 dated 17 June 2026, the Asset Management Department of the Zaporizhzhia City Council, in response to the NGO "Ave Team"'s inquiry of 4 May 2026, explains the procedure for leasing communal property. Leases are governed by Law No. 157-IX of 3 October 2019 and CMU Procedure No. 483 of 3 June 2020, and may be conducted with or without an auction. The list of available objects is published on the official website of the Zaporizhzhia City Council (https://zp.gov.ua/uk/page/orenda-ta-privatizaciya). For inspection of objects, the NGO may contact the balance holder, the municipal enterprise "HRADPROEKT". The NGO "Ave Team" is advised to review the published list, identify a suitable object, and submit an application in accordance with the established procedure.
