Note:

By Refusal No. 2, which is a response to the Application of Makarova Olha Pavlivna dated 8 December 2024, the Chairman of the Organisation, Danil Borysiuk, declines to convene the General Meeting. The grounds are clause 5.3.3 of the Statute, according to which the date, time, location, and agenda items must be communicated to the members no later than 14 days before the meeting, which makes it impossible to hold the meeting within the stated timeframe.

Note: In the original text of Refusal No. 2, the reasoning states that "it is not possible to hold the General Meeting in November", whereas the refusal is a response to the application dated 8 December 2024. The reference to November is a typographical error (a leftover from the text of Refusal No. 1); in terms of content, the relevant timeframe in December 2024 should have been indicated.
