The agenda of the founding meeting covered six items forming the full cycle of establishing the organisation: electing the meeting's Chairperson and Secretary; deciding to establish the public organisation along with its purpose and location; determining its full, abbreviated, and foreign-language names; approving the Statute; electing the head and governing bodies in accordance with the approved Statute; and addressing the state registration of the Organisation together with the designation of the person(s) authorised to represent it in registration actions.
