By Agreement No. 7 dated 20 March 2025, concluded between Madeleine Spezowka and the NGO "Ave Team" represented by Danil Borysiuk, the full transfer of intellectual property rights to five edited fairy tales of the Ukrainian diaspora in Canada for the Ave Kids project (formerly Ave Tales) was carried out for the full term of copyright and for the entire territory of the world: "Christmas Spiders", "The Serpent Wife", "Adventure in the Woods", "The Bear and the Fiddler", and "The Adopted Father". Madeleine Spezowka waived the initial remuneration at the time of signing. The Agreement provides for an annual payment of 20% of the revenues derived from the use of the works (after deduction of taxes and other licensing obligations in the case of adaptation of the materials in formats other than text) for the full term of copyright. The remuneration provisions are confidential.
