Note:

By Agreement No. 5 dated 20 March 2025, concluded between Iryna Shevchenko and the NGO "Ave Team" represented by Danil Borysiuk, the full transfer of intellectual property rights to a large set of graphic works for the Ave Kids project (formerly Ave Tales) was carried out for the full term of copyright and for the entire territory of the world. The transferred works include: illustrations for seven fairy tales; cover art for five digital releases; character designs for six characters in military uniforms and a stylised image of Patron the Dog; stickers and postcards; seasonal channel banners for Ave Kids; safety instruction visuals; character images for project logos; an animated New Year greeting; three images for 404 pages; and concept art of a Fox toy with a keyboard. For the creation of the works, Iryna Shevchenko received UAH 16,355.81. The Agreement provides for an annual payment of 10% of revenues (after tax deduction) from the use of the transferred graphic works. The remuneration provisions are confidential.
