Note:
By Agreement No. 3 dated 20 March 2025, concluded between Olha Makarova and the NGO "Ave Team" represented by Danil Borysiuk, the full transfer of intellectual property rights to four groups of works for the Ave Kids project (formerly Ave Tales) was carried out for the full term of copyright and for the entire territory of the world: Ukrainian translations of five fairy tales of the Canadian diaspora ("Christmas Spiders", "The Snake Wife", "Forest Adventure", "The Bear and the Fiddler", "The Godfather"); re-edited versions of three Lemko Region fairy tales in the Lemko dialect ("The Grateful Snake", "About the Sorceress Nezabudka and Vanka's Birds", "The Rooster and the Fox"); a Hindi translation of one fairy tale (बुद्धमान गधा); and Ukrainian translations of three Indian folk tales ("The Dove and the Ant", "Who Shall Ride?", "The Elephant Who Sought Friends"). Makarova Olha Pavlivna waived the initial remuneration for the transfer of intellectual property rights. The Agreement provides for an annual payment of 5% of the revenues derived from the use of the works (after deduction of taxes and other licensing obligations in the case of adaptation of the materials in formats other than text) for the full term of copyright. The remuneration provisions are confidential.
