Note:

By Order No. 4/25/3, with the aim of effectively carrying out the Statute's objectives, coordinating the work of members, and organising functional activities, functional divisions were created within the Organisation. These divisions are not separate legal entities and operate within the scope of the Organisation's ongoing projects: the divisions for Ukrainian, Belarusian, Crimean Tatar, English, and Hindi editing and translation, the SMM Department, the Art Department, and the Development Department. Members of the Organisation may join the divisions by submitting an application to the Chairman or by an order of the Chairman. The Order emphasises that the divisions are created solely for organisational coordination and do not change the equal status of membership. For each division, coordinators are designated from among the members; they ensure communication with the Chairman, keep track of members' workload, and recommend members for the implementation of specific products; in the absence of a coordinator, the division is managed directly by the Chairman. The activity of the divisions is tracked through Notion. The Chairman has reserved control over the execution of this Order for himself.
