Note:

By Refusal No. 1, which is a response to the Application of Arslan Fazylov dated 27 November 2024, the Chairman of the Organisation, Danil Borysiuk, declines to convene the General Meeting. The grounds are clause 5.3.3 of the Statute, according to which the date, time, location, and agenda items must be communicated to the members no later than 14 days before the meeting, which makes it impossible to hold the meeting in November.
