By Agreement No. 6 dated 21 March 2025, concluded between Maksym Ravliuk and the NGO "Ave Team" represented by Danil Borysiuk, the full transfer of intellectual property rights to two works — edited versions of Lemko Region fairy tales in the Lemko dialect, "The Grateful Snake" and "About the Fortune-Teller Nezabudka and Vanka's Birds" — was carried out for the Ave Kids project (formerly Ave Tales), for the full term of copyright and for the entire territory of the world. For the creation of the works, the Assignor received UAH 384.54 personally and requested UAH 80.22 to be transferred to the Armed Forces of Ukraine. The Agreement also provides for an annual payment to the Assignor of 20% of the revenues derived from the use of the works (after deduction of taxes and other licensing obligations in the case of adaptation of the materials in formats other than text) for the full term of copyright. The remuneration provisions are confidential.
