The agenda of the General Meeting covered twenty items. The first dealt with organisational and personnel decisions: the election of the Chairperson and the Secretary of the General Meeting, the election of the Deputy Chairman of the organisation, Matvii Talalaievskyi, in accordance with the Statute, and granting him the right to sign the Organisation's documents within the scope of his authority.
The main part of the agenda consisted of amendments to the Statute. These included correcting grammatical errors in clause 3.1, as well as the approval of a number of new NACE (KVED) economic activity codes, with corresponding updates to the wording of that clause: book publishing (58.11), publishing of directories and catalogues (58.12), other publishing activities (58.19), software publishing (58.29), computer game publishing (58.21), production of motion pictures, video, and television programmes (59.11), sound recording publishing (59.20), computer programming (62.01), data processing and web hosting (63.11), web portals (63.12), translation services (74.30), and leasing of intellectual property (77.40).
Several items expanded the Statute's wording regarding the screening of video materials, the licensing of the organisation's own content, and cooperation with state institutions. The final, twentieth item was the approval of the updated Statute with all the adopted amendments.

Annex 2 is not provided in accordance with the security restrictions of the Regulations on Membership and Volunteering in the NGO "Ave Team".

In its physical copy and in the content provided, the protocol is numbered as No. 5 due to an error; the numbering of the protocols is clarified and corrected by Order No. 5/25/1.
