By Agreement No. 4 dated 20 March 2025, concluded between Olha Makarova and the NGO "Ave Team" represented by Danil Borysiuk, the full transfer of intellectual property rights to three works of author's editing of folk tales in Hindi for the Ave Kids project (formerly Ave Tales) was carried out: चींटी और कबूतर, गधे की सवारी, हाथी की मत्रता — for the full term of copyright and for the entire territory of the world. Makarova Olha Pavlivna waived the initial remuneration for the transfer of intellectual property rights. The Agreement provides for an annual payment of 20% of the revenues derived from the use of the works (after deduction of taxes and other licensing obligations in the case of adaptation of the materials in formats other than text) for the full term of copyright. The remuneration provisions are confidential.
