Заўвага:

By Order No. 5/26/1, with the aim of enabling persons with disabilities to exercise their rights as members of the Organisation on an equal basis with others, removing barriers to submitting applications and appeals, and introducing reasonable accommodation in accordance with Article 2 of the Convention on the Rights of Persons with Disabilities (ratified by Law of Ukraine No. 1767-VI of 16 December 2009), and pursuant to clauses 5.4.3.9, 5.4.3.10, and 5.4.3.7 of the Statute, the Regulations on the Procedure for Submitting and Reviewing Applications and Appeals from Members of the Organisation Who, Due to Disability, Cannot Submit Them in the Usual Manner are approved. The Regulations enter into force on the day of signing this Order. The Chairman has reserved control over the execution of this Order for himself.
