By Order No. 10/25/1, 24 October 2025 at 21:00 is set as the date for holding the Extraordinary General Meeting. The Meeting is to consider the transfer of the Chairman's duties to the Deputy Chairman and granting him the right to legally represent the organisation and to manage its accounts. The Extraordinary General Meeting is to be held online.

Note: This Order was mistakenly assigned the number No. 1/25/10 — the correct number should have been No. 10/25/1. The numbering of this and several other orders is regulated by Order No. 06/26/1.
