By Agreement No. 9 dated 30 March 2025, concluded between Illia Dubrovnyi and the NGO "Ave Team" represented by Danil Borysiuk, the full transfer of intellectual property rights to the character designs of the Fox and the Wolf in a style for children aged 0 to 3 for the Ave Kids project (formerly Ave Tales) was carried out for the full term of copyright and for the entire territory of the world. Illia Dubrovnyi waived the initial remuneration for the transfer of intellectual property rights. The Agreement provides for an annual payment calculated as the ratio of the number of transferred characters to the total number of characters in the relevant production, multiplied by 5%. The remuneration provisions are confidential.
