By Agreement No. 8 dated 21 March 2025, concluded between Maksym Ravliuk and the NGO "Ave Team" represented by Danil Borysiuk, the full transfer of intellectual property rights to the work — a re-edited version of the fairy tale "Rukavychka" in the Lemko dialect for the Ave Kids project (formerly Ave Tales) — was carried out for the full term of copyright and for the entire territory of the world. For the creation of the work, the Assignor received UAH 384.54 personally and requested UAH 80.22 to be transferred to the Armed Forces of Ukraine. The Agreement also provides for an annual payment to the Assignor of 5% of the revenues derived from the use of the work (after deduction of taxes and other licensing obligations in the case of adaptation of the materials in formats other than text) for the full term of copyright. The remuneration provisions are confidential.
